A Big Thank You to SRG Global for Their Generosity and Support
We’d like to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude to SRG Global for their incredible support in helping us improve our nursery operations. As many of you know, maintaining high standards of hygiene is essential in our industry, and when our old soil bay became unusable and no longer met the required NIASA nursery hygiene conditions, we found ourselves in a difficult situation.
To keep up with the demands of our busy potting-up season, we had to rely on bulka bags—large white bags that allowed us to keep soil in a compliant state. While these bags were useful in the short term, they were single-use only and came with added costs. Not ideal for the long haul, but it was all we had to ensure our operations continued smoothly.
That’s where SRG Global stepped in.
Thanks to the efforts of Kevin Will and the SRG Global team, we now have a brand-new concrete soil bay that not only meets the required standards but is built to last. The team worked quickly and professionally to complete the project in just a few weeks, right in time for our busiest season.
But what truly sets SRG Global apart is their generosity. Not only did they complete the soil bay, but they also donated all the work involved in its construction. As if that weren’t enough, they even provided a concrete pad for our volunteers to use during morning teatime—making the space more comfortable and functional for everyone involved.
This thoughtful gesture has had a huge impact on our day-to-day operations. With the new soil bay, we no longer have to rely on expensive bulka bags, and we can continue to meet our hygiene standards without the added cost and inconvenience.
We are deeply grateful for SRG Global’s dedication to supporting us and for their willingness to go above and beyond. It’s rare to find a team so committed to helping others, and we truly appreciate everything they’ve done for us.
